- RO-8100 color touch screen RO controller is for RO process control and online water quality monitoring. Two models available: RO-8100 single-stage & RO-8200 double-stage. Suitable for industrial pure water and seawater desalination RO systems.

- 7-inch touch screen as standard, 10-inch optional (800*480 resolution). Dynamic HMI covers conductivity monitoring, I/O status, flow chart, manual operation and parameter setup.
- Specifications (RO-8100)
- Measuring range: Source water conductivity 0~5000μS/cm, product water conductivity 0~200μS/cm, temperature 0~60℃. Supports high-pressure flush and low-pressure flush.
- Signal Control
- Collect signals of water tanks, pressure switches and pretreatment. Control raw water pump, high pressure pump, dosing pump, multiple valves and alarm relay.

- Multi-layer protection with traceable fault records, including water shortage, pump overload and pipeline pressure protection. Panel mount touch screen, DIN rail mounted controller. Full-automatic RO Control Flow
- Water Quality Signal Collection
Water electrodes installed on raw water and product water pipelines continuously collect conductivity, PH and temperature signals and send data to RO-8100 main unit.
- Data Calculation & Calibration
The controller automatically completes temperature compensation calculation and displays real-time water quality data on screen.
- Automatic Logic Control
When water quality exceeds limits, relays activate pH dosing pumps automatically; abnormal pressure triggers high/low pressure shutdown protection; timed auto flushing for RO membranes is supported.
- Remote Data Upload
4-20mA / RS485 transmits real-time water quality and equipment operating status to central control system for remote monitoring.
- Closed-loop Water Production Cycle
The system continuously produces qualified pure water and runs in automatic circulation without constant manual supervision.
