- Process Overview
- Raw water flows into the nutrient solution tank. The immersed PH/ORP electrode collects real-time water quality signals and sends them to the PH/ORP-TRA-600 transmitter. The device calculates accurate pH values with built-in temperature compensation. Once readings go beyond preset thresholds, relays activate dosing pumps to add pH regulators. Real-time data is uploaded to the main control system via isolated 4-20mA signal or RS485 communication. The balanced nutrient solution circulates to planting beds for crop irrigation, forming a fully automatic closed-loop water quality control system.
